ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS FUNCTIONS
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills can handle multitasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Handle correspondence, draft letters, and generate ad hock reports for management
1. Management Functions:
Handle correspondence independently - drafting letters, management reports .Organize the daily Employees schedules and maintaining structured database and taking dictations in speed writing; Draw up costing and preparing necessary documentation; Prepare updated to do lists from to give as on date information and reports & inform my seniors about the situation
2. Environmental:
Keeping the environment clean & green, awareness programs for the employees to care the surroundings
3. Labor Accommodation
Routine check & spot checks of the labor accommodations, cleaning issues according to the company polices
4. Insurances:
Coordinating with the Health Insurance companies for all the employees
5. Coordination:
Coordinating in between different departments to solve the daily issues and run the operations swiftly.
6. Renovation:
Handling the small repair works, assigned task to the related employees
7. Transportation:
Handling a proper record of all the vehicles of the company about the renewal, insurance and services & employee transportation.
PR FUNCTIONS
Very well aware of the local UAE Laws and Federal Laws to handle all the company related issues and representation of the company with the concerned departments help & guide the PRO regarding the daily PR Works & Day to day interaction with different departments; Personal interaction regarding the new contracts or amendments; Organize management conferences and meetings; Establish contacts with different departments via telephone or email.
