•Safety Induction for new Employees.
•Attend tool box meeting with client.
•To monitor the site risk and Hazards.
•Make sure that all hazardous places and points are barricaded and sign- boarded.
•Attend all safety meetings and discussions.
•Use the right equipment and tools for the task at hand.
•Immediately report all incident and near miss to seniors.
•Always advise the workers to the correct PPE S and a good condition.
•Improve basic knowledge of safe scaffolding.
•Inspection all scaffold materials before scaffold erection.
•Eliminate all scaffolding related hazards.
•Never allow the employees to work on incomplete scaffold.
•Not allow to over load scaffold.
•Show good behavior on the job site
•Attend all safety meeting and discussion.
•Make necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.
•Make sure that all scaffolding activities according to project standard.
•Daily, Weekly, monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring.
•Give verbally training and safety induction about safety rules to the new employees.
•Prepared daily progress report and submit to seniors.
