Diesel Engine, STP Plant, WTP Plant, Fire Fighting System, fire Alarm system
for 1 year as an inspection staff of Boiler
Plant( thermal & Baggas), Vapor Absorption Machine (VAM), RO plant, UPS
system, D-Humidity Fire, BMS system, STP Plat, Air compressor, chiller plant etc.
Responsible for utilities such as Transformers, DC Sets, HT & LT panels,
Water cooled & Air cooled chillers, Elevators, HVAC system & security systems.
* Co-ordination with Clients & Vendors for PPM.
* Daily monitoring Energy consumption.
* Preparing guidelines for site management i.e. SOP & checklist.
* Preparing schedules and action plans for disaster management.
* Co-ordination controlling -various kind of-vendor supervisors i.e.
Electricians, DG Operator, Plumber, Carpenter, Supervisor & security etc.
* Operation & Maintenance of-BMS system.
* Operation & Maintenance air cooled chillers.
* Operation & Maintenance of DG sets.
* Operation & Maintenance of AHU & FCU.
* Maintenance of HT & LT Panel.
* Maintenance of Air Circuit Breaker
* Operation of CCTV, Fire Alarm System, PA system
* Operation and Maintenance of UPS System.
* Manpower handling, Job allocation and Documentation, Planning.
* Key Management.
* Investigating and repairing plant failures outside the regime
* Escalating to the P.PM Coordinator/Head of Engineering/Facility Manager
any plant failures that cannot be fixed within an agreed timeframe Or that
require parts that are on a long lead time or fall outside normal site spares.
* Monitoring responses to all engineering related help desk calls and ensuring
responses are in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
* To ensure that all alarms generated from the building management systems
are monitored, acknowledged and auctioned as they are generated.
* Management of helpdesk/permit to work system and execution of PPM
regime tasks as per the schedule.
* To work with the EMS operators and technicians to ensure that all personnel
are familiar with all aspects of the mechanical and electrical plant.
* To monitor and ensure that the quality of workmanship carried out on any
item of
* Mechanical and electrical plant is of a good level of workmanship.
* Ensure complete and correct filling of logs and other operational documents.
* Keep track of run hours of all machinery and equipment and ensure that due
routine.

* Maintenance is completed as per PM schedule.
* Regular collection of accurate data, assimilation and submission of MIS
(Management Information System) reports as required.
* Supervision of attendance, work, grooming and conduct of all FM staff in the
shift.
* Counterchecking of records and quality of work performed by housekeeping
staff.
* Inventory management of spare & stock.
* Make best endeavor to resolve requests/complaints by the clients while
maintaining most courteous composure and adhering to standard engineering
practices at all the time.
* Escalating non resolving calls immediately to help desk or shaft engineers.
* Carry out PM routines as per the schedule and fill up checklists.
* Maintain and update various logs, records and other operational documents.
* Substitute helps desk operations whenever the help desk executive is not in
seat.
* Keep an eye for defects, short comings in the systems and report
immediately along with suggestions, if any to superiors for making entries in
the snag list.
