• Self Drafting of letters

Role and Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate and perform a range of staff as well as operational support activities
• Screening application forms, short listing applicant, conducting preliminary interview
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other activities for supervisor
• Study overall structure of organization (MIS updating)
• Salary preparing on monthly basis
• Preparing Attrition Report
• Grievances handling
• Reference checks etc
• Handling of all Junior, Middle, Top executive level of requirement
• Regular follow up with clients
• Issue Offer Letter and undertake joining formalities.
• Looks after Training and Induction program organized for Sales personals.
• Responsible for promotion activities after receiving quarterly assessment from superiors.
Settle grievance and query.
• Handling database and records of employees.
• Look after overall Operations work.
