 Responsible for the Facilities Operations and Maintenance of Hamad General Hospital. Helpdesk and CMMS in the support towards Operations. Operations and Maintenance include all Facilities Equipment related to Mechanical, HVAC & Plumbing systems.
 Responsible for the specialized maintenance activities belongs to the Hospital laundry Equipment & facilities
 Directly supported by site Technician and managing MEP in the sites
 Responsible for managing the specialized MEP system of Hospital environments and JCI standards.
 
 Coordination and support for subcontractor’s works on necessary.
 Managing of FM outsource contractors with operation and maintenance of systems as per HMC policy and standards.
 Responsible for technical and commercial evaluation of quotes offered through Engineering Department
 Knowledge in Standard of Hospital requirements in different services like Temperatures, Humidity & Mechanical systems.
 Reviewing the technical reports, modification works, improvement works and conducting technical evaluation of tender review reports. Supervise Supervisors works in their technical reviews, drawings, specifications and quantities for project and rectification works.
 Ensure successful and timely execution of processes/systems/ procedures for the projects.
 Takes corrective measures and develops and implements contingency plans with the project team
 Solving problems by technical analysis, group discussions, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions at minimum cost.
 Preparing Monthly Operations Report, ISO KPI Reports, Capital Expenditure Report and Budget Planning.
 Preparing of snags list and reviewing of handover documents
 Generating RFP with scope of works and services for new outsource contracts.
 Carry out periodic Safety inspections on contractors’ site works in line with QEHS requirements

 Responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of Hospitality & Laundry Equipment. Operations and Maintenance include all Facilities Equipment related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
 Directly supported by Asst.Engineers and site Technician and managing project team.
 The facilities include the Hotels, hospital Industries.
 Responsible for managing the specialized MEP system for installation of Equipment & Facilities
 Responsible for scoping the works for the Maintenance Contracts, monitoring contractor works related to MEP, Civil etc.
 Preparing Project Reports, Capital Expenditure Report and Budget Planning.
 Knowledge in Pneumatics waste collection systems.
 Conducting / participating in weekly coordination meetings with the client and the contractors.
 Reviewing and approving technical reports, modification works, improvement works and conducting technical evaluation of tender review reports. Supervise Asst.Engineers works in their technical reviews, drawings, quotation reviews, specifications and quantities for project and rectification works.

 Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
 Accomplishes project staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
 Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
 Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
 Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects

 Supervise the team for Install, repair, calibrate, program troubleshoot and maintain all electro mechanical and instrument control systems in the plant facility which includes control valves. Electronic pneumatic transmitters, electronic flow measuring devices, electronic and pneumatic pressure controlling devices, Controllers
 Inspect and test operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults using lasting devices.
 Participate in planned and preventative maintenance programs and breakdown work. Check, adjust and diagnose equipment malfunctions and taking corrective action.
 Lead a Calibration team whenever required in various projects for Measuring and fasting instruments using various testing calibrating Equipment.
