I am responsible for the Corporate market, villas short and long stay segment & Leisure in GCC and international market as well as travelling to all the international Roadshows,

I am reporting to DOSM, managing sales team daily activity and setting yearly target, preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, reviewing the monthly sales performance and taking the necessary action accordingly, preparing monthly presentations, as well as the following duties:

Scope and General Purpose of Job:
•To assist the EAM Marketing in the implementation of all Sales & Marketing related Policies & Procedures

•To develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate objectives, strategies and activities of the sales function, so as to secure new accounts and develop these accounts into profitable business for the hotel, thereby achieving and exceeding forecasted revenue figures in Rooms and Food & Beverage.

•To champion the Sales discipline within the Sales & Marketing department by leading the sales effort from the front and by setting an example in term of (A) attitude (B) organization (C) effort (D) sales technique.

•To assist the EAM Marketing with establishing Annual Operating Budgets, which will form part of the Hotel’s Annual Business Plan.

•To set the performance targets for each sales team member according to the uniform personal business plan format defined in smart selling.

•To establish in conjunction with the EAM Marketing, Marketing Communication Manager and Director of Catering and respective Heads of Departments an Annual Marketing Plan with measurable objectives, strategies and action plan so as to achieve revenue and profit targets as outlined in the Annual Business Plan.

•To support staff needs in other Divisions based on the hotel priorities and anticipated business levels.

•To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel.

•To set in conjunction with the EAM Marketing individual sales and volume targets by segment for all Business Development and Customer Service Employees, track and review production monthly with each individual. To achieve and exceed own targets.

•I am responsible for the Corporate market, villas short and long stay segment & Leisure in GCC and international market

• Handling leisure segment and corporate accounts.
• Handling and managing selling 91 Residences between Long term and short term lease.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Preparing Sales Business Plans for the sales team
• Helping the team to achieve their business and personal goals
• Joining sales Team in daily sales calls to key accounts

• Maintains a sales call pattern within the designated areas of responsibility averaging 25 calls per week.

• To develop in conjunction with the Director of Sales and marketing a structured, timely, achievable Sales business plan.

• To have a good understanding of contribution margins for each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results.
• To achieve targets in terms of number of new active Accounts, Room Nights, Banquet Covers and Revenue as set by the DOSM
• To ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
• To ensure that up to Net Delphi Enterprise records of all corporate and group accounts.
• Attending all Revenue, Sales and Marketing meetings.
