Leading and supervising accounting department team (2 Members) • Supervises daily transactions and books the daily transactions in the back-office system per company policies. • Monitors accounting procedural compliance by the concerned employees in order to ensure that the systems are adhered to internal policies. • Responsible for Periodic Accounting Reports such as: Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, cash flow • Daily sales booking for all company outlets in additional to preparing the daily sales reports showing daily sales figures and variances with budget figures • Analyzing the monthly P&L ( checking profit margin - comparing actual cost with the budget - controlling and analyzing the differences in monthly cost ( Budget / Actual ) for each cost element
• Review the monthly inventory of company outlets, checking and correcting the inventory data in system
• preparing and controlling vendors aging report. • review posted journal entries ensuring compliance with local accounting procedures and standards.
• Review & approve the bank online payments. • preparing and controlling Bank reconciliation for all company outlets including credit card collections and all other reconciliations issues
controlling sales and collection via external parties • improvement of financial management system, internal control system • Monthly VAT declaration and monthly WHT reports • Engage with auditors to answer questions in regard to control processes and account reconciliations, and yearly Zakat reconciliation

• Responsible for achieving business goals through proficient financial management and control of reporting functions

• Maintain, control and assess day-to-day performance and activities of a large team to achieve budgeted goals
• Facilitate year end audit; Supervise the payroll procedures for salaries, wages

• Ensure timely and clean year-end audit
• Responsible for handling end-to-end accounting operations
• Manage business production and inventory; Handle arrangement of standard cost for products with production ( production costing )
• Arranged the policies and procedures based on new group system order to maintain assets controlling
• Directed the implementation of ERP system SAP R3 to include finance, fixed assets, stock, sales, supply chain
• Directed the implementation of MS Navision to include finance, fixed assets, stock, sales, supply chain and HR
