Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service to maximize sales
Assist in all store operational tasks (VM, product knowledge, customer and airport staff reservation, training tracker, etc.)
Understand of retail sales to inventory levels for effective stock management
Effective handling of customer complaints
Ensure the store operations are carried out within established Brand Guidelines and high standards
Analyze major markets to adjust and give report for pricing and customer feedback
Generate report of top bestselling products for buying team
Assist in inventory to prevent loss and effective stock management
Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
Conduct trainings for new staff (Luxury selling skills, product & brand knowledge)
Organize all areas of product categories (LLG, SLG, Pens, Refills & Accessories), including drawers, sub‐stores & display for stock counting Prepare KPIs on daily basis and conducting daily briefing for team and proper handover
Schedule monthly staff roster and vacation
