Consist of:
1. Phase one (Residential Building 22 floors Hotel Apartment)
2. Phase two (Hilton Maadi Hotel 22 floors 250 Rooms )
3. Phase three (Podiums 3 floors have all equipment’s rooms)
Working in the following fields
Firefighting: pump room, seamless pipes (welding‐threaded‐groove), sprinkler system, foam
system, Co2 system, part of fire alarm system.
Plumbing: piping (PPR‐HDPE‐UPVC‐Ductile iron), lift stations, oil interceptor system, grease
interceptor system, swimming pools, fountains, big hotel kitchens, big hotel laundry.
Infrastructures mechanical work
HVAC systems: FANS, FCU, AHU, VRV system, centrifugal chiller, absorption chiller LG, boiler
room include (boilers‐heat exchangers‐storage tank‐pumps‐softener‐expansion tanks)‐cooling
towers, split system
