Increased receive deliveries successfully without rejection in PANDA D.C from 77% to 99% comparing with 2013, while sales in 2014 increased by 150% ($28, 000, 000 Million - D.C ) Resulting this to decreased penalties caused by Delay the delivery process on time
Established good working relationships with each one in panda D.C staff, which it facilitated transactions
Increased sales in 30 Hypermarket and Super (south of Riyadh district ) starting August 2013 to last December 2013 by 237% (2, 475, 000 Million)comparing with 2012 ($1, 44, 000 million), and also in 2014 starting January to last of December by 202% (2, 855, 000 Million) in 7 Markets (Northeast of Riyadh district )
Created a data to 75 my Panda stores by Location and store leader and area manager, Achieved sales in 2014 (382, 000 SR ) in 69 Stores in 42 Sku
Planned and carried out display 18 stand and pos materials without costs on my company and implemented this by relationships
Generated new ideas like Identified and proposed what more items return expired and cost my company which reduced profit and already most of proposed items have been deleted
