Responsibilities:

• Creating Projects Program of Works using primavera (P6).
• Resources loading on the program including Manpower, Machinery, Materials and Cost.
• Creating Project Manpower Histogram, Cash Flow, Materials & Machinery Charts.
• Project progress updating and measurement.
• Reporting (Monthly, Weekly & Daily).
• Project Monitoring and Control in order to deliver it on time and within the budget.
• Handling the Progress Meetings with the Client, Engineer and Subcontractors.
• Management of Correspondences with the Client, Engineer and Subcontractors in line with Particulars and General Conditions of Contract (FIDIC).
• Preparation and Analysis of Extension of Time (Claims).
• Management of Prolongation Cost and Disruption Cost Claims along with the Project QS.

Construction of the 4 Star Hotel (Mysk Al Mouj), Oman
Construction of Marsa Plaza at Al Mouj Muscat, Oman
Construction of Adam - Thumrait Road Phase 1

• Keep Tracking of Daily Site Activities to deliver the Project on time and within the Budget.
