Creates a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Contribute to the planning & organization of marketing and sales activities of the company in the assigned industries
• Manages the administrative, facilitative coaching, and mentoring responsibilities necessary to lead and maintain a quality sales team

Managing team from 15 to 25 Improve & sustain team performance to deliver and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage productivity / service levels
- Manage the daily team activities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly.
- Drive Team adherence and manage monthly scheduling
- Develop and maintain healthy and productive working relationships and team culture
- Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.
- Role model & hold others accountable for demonstrating company values & behaviors
- Train and educate staff to handle new procedures & products.
- Drive Continuous Improvement in the team along with metrics improvement
- Implement development plans for underperforming agents.
- Conduct One-One with the team memebrs upon request along with scheduled Monthly individual /Team meetings.
- Provide Feedback and Coaching.
