Manage the Health, Safety and Environmental) function and support the HSE team as well as the construction, operation & maintenance teams to create and sustain a productive safety work culture and safe work environment to avoid and minimize HSE related problems.

•Prepared and submitted HSE related reports to senior management on a regular basis.
•Monitored and managed HSE performance of contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices were implemented.
•Developed and maintained safe working practices for the engineering team, in accordance with HSE regulations.
•Investigated and reported HSE incidents and implemented corrective and preventive actions.
•Developed and maintained HSE records and documentation, including safety audit reports, incident reports and risk assessments.
•Participated in meetings with management and other stakeholders to discuss and review HSE regulations and standards.
