• Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and
directing production activities
• Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules
and standards in the division by the workers
• Managing time-lines and work priorities and
allocating resources to meet the assigned factory
time-lines and goals
• End all government documents & Renewal of
factory Certificates
• Good relationship with Royal commission Royal
(environmental department, Safety department,
Investment department and Marafic company )
• Contact with suppliers to supply the best quality of
raw materials (Phenol Formaldehyde Resin,
Urea, Basalt, Lime stone)
• Meet with customers if there are any technical
problems
• Directs and oversees all production activities and
assist to correct production abnormality
• Formulates reviews and revises production
schedule to deliver finished products on time as
required by customers
• Coordinates with other departments of the factory
to production is not hampered
• Prepare yearly performance and compared with
previous years and the actual requirement of the
sales department
• Drawing, Monitor and Building of furnaces and all
refectory cement and bricks requirements
• Responsibility for Planning department and make
all factory plan
• Arrange all purchase orders by Priority list form
after coordination with salesman and customers
• Control and manage all production processes
• ASTM (Tolerance of rock wool products, Thermal
Conductivity, Thermal resistance )
• Answer all customers’ technical questions and
prepare all Products data sheets
• Set & Manage production budgets
• Implementation plans
• Machines and lines retooling
• All electrical and mechanical
• Analysis all lines & returns reports
• Breakdown estimation and time control
• Checkup canning line essential parts
• Evaluation machines status, preventive and
corrective maintenance
• Sensors maintenance and calibration
