o Responsible for executing the Raws & Packs replenishment plans focusing on timely
materials' availability for production while meeting the target inventory levels

o Responsible for setting, maintaining and reporting periodic stock cover for the given
horizon of Raws & Packs in order to support OCT projection of Earnings & Cash
Targets

o Responsible for the call offs for local & imported Raws/Packs while building a mutual
relationship with Mars approved suppliers. In addition to leading the implementation of projects on Atlas Supply Chain Inbound and Lean initiatives in Egypt's factory
related to Raws/Packs replenishment

o Leading the PULL Initiatives for Raw & Packaging Materials (RM/PM) in order to reach supply Chain vision of 30 days from Raws to Stores

o Responsible for building the relationship with Mars approved suppliers to ensure
strategic partnership

o Represent Supply Chain in suppliers' evaluation with Commercial team in line with
Mars policies and strategies

o Responsible for RM/PM cycle stock counts in order to optimize the working capital

o Responsible for period close and reporting the factory's Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) in line with the Supply Chain Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measurements
(OGSM)

o Manage the Kanban levels for the RM/PM in order to remove waste and improve
performance

o Running SAP Supply Chain Inbound (SCI) testing as required by support in order to improve performance

o Responsible for executing the daily inbound operation on Atlas in line with the SC
plan

o Managing and reporting periodic consumption and excesses levels in order to monitor the market activities
