• Provide installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for assessing customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements.
• Provides primary service including hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support.
• Specializes in ATM repairs, router and network support, T.C.R (total cash recycler), DVD kiosks, Customer service.
my job is to
• Perform work on products and services of low complexity, specifically financial products; Make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems.
• Performs Tier II/III work on products and services of medium-high complexity, including large servers and mainframe computers and peripherals, large system printers and plotters, enterprise level servers, networks and software, item processing reader/sorters and networking issues on imaging systems, medium/high complexity networking/communications equipment, network and systems management/protocols (Ethernet, Token-Ring, TC/IP, StarLAN, NetBIOS, X.25).
