• Oversee and manage daily service operations of + 60 Team members which includes
Technicians, Quality controllers, Team leaders and Technical Advisors, Set KPIs, governance
ensuring Bodyshop operations, Quality and safety standards in place and Customer
satisfaction index are maintained.
• Plan & Forecast yearly Budget with management, ensure current Achievements are
matching against budgets and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and execute improvement strategies aimed at increasing market penetration and
service profitability.
• Kaizen leadership: established standard work, takt-based scheduling, visual management,
and 5S, achieving cost and cycle time reduction, improving material flow, quality, and
overall efficiency.
• Problem solving, analyzing (Non-FIR, RRP, VOC) and perform root cause analysis to apply
necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Market research of new Auto repair Equipment, Co-ordinate external negotiation with
suppliers, evaluate and test products, equipment, and tools requirements.
• Working with management heads to identify new business opportunities, process cycle
modification.
• Create vital metrics and revelatory findings providing valuable data to drive growth and
profit via Power-bi, for business improvement leveraging intelligence assets to reveal
optimal business strategies.
• Analyze and Perform root cause analysis (VOC, NPS, Non-FIR) develop and create an
action plan.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, conduct Training Analysis, coordinate with training
manager in evaluating and improving technical skills, Provide Technical Support Coaching
to developing skills for front-line staff.
• HSE in charge, Responsible Applying safety policies, Facilities, operations, and equipment.

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with operations and maintenance to ensure
performance targets are achieved for assigned process areas, Drive continuous
improvement of manufacturing activities through detailed analytical reviews, process
automation and fixture/tooling design Work with Production, Maintenance
• Create SOPs, new process workflows and quality standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, provide solutions and support for
process, quality, and equipment related issues to prevent defect flow-out Incorporation
with the workshop management.
• Train and encourage subordinates to boost morale and improve productivity, provide on
the job training, provide information and material to staff to carry out the job.
• Monitor and report the performance of assigned team, facilities and equipment, tools, and
system to garage management.

• Guide and supervise technicians in, repairs, across body, chassis, steering/suspension,
engine and drive train, and electrical/electronic systems, welding and paint.
• Produced technical products reports on faults, resolved repeated repairs via root cause
and corrective actions.
• Supervising, Delivery Deadline inspection and maintain QC of Each Production line.
• Maintenance & Implement SOPs for new machines and tools and systems.
• Investigate repeat repair vehicles find causes, apply necessary corrective and preventive
actions.
