Develop OC, Job Analysis, Job Description and Job Specification
Manage the Design & the update of the company organization structure in order to ensure consistency in the charts within all the company.
Creating performance management System according to KPI’s.
Practice Employment opinion survey every year with analysis for included data.
Administer the succession planning process and maintain up to date succession planning record as required.
Supervise all recruitment process for Al Watania holding and all sisters' companies.
Practice Merge and acquisition between Zamil Steel Egypt and Zamil Structural Steel Egypt.
Develop OC, Job Analysis, Job Description and Job Specification.
Responsible for receiving the company performance appraisal and prepare report with increase for the payroll and the training requested for each department.
Develop policies, procedures and update existing ones in line with business requirements.
Practice Employment opinion survey every year with analysis for included data.
Coordinating with the Recruitment agencies to choose the right candidate for the right position.
Updating the candidates' pool with qualified candidates.
Conducting the HR Interviews and making recommendations.
Issuing Offer Letters after salary negotiations.
Places newly hired in department, issues the ID card and Employee Hand Book.
Conducting the Exit Interviews and making recommendation.
Managing resignation and termination operations.
Statistical analysis of turnover.
Implementing Benefits packages upon company policy and budget for every level in the organization.
Negotiate and manage medical and life insurance plans.
Compensation restructuring, based on internal job evaluation and external market surveys.
Negotiate and managed good payroll, loans, credit cards offers from banks.
Administer, Conduct training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional developments.
Identify training needs within the entire staff by conducting needs assessments.
Maintain up to date training and personal plans for all staff.
Ensure training targets are met and maintained in accordance with current legislation.
Ensuring that all legal requirements relating to employment and staff are adhered to insurance and contract renewals.
