Construction Supervision of PEC Regional Office Building @Peshawar.
Project Type: Peshawar Sustainable Rapid Transit Corridor Project (BRT-Peshawar). Metro Project (6 Km Bridge, 4Underpasses, 14 Bus station 15 Km Mix traffic and 10 Km drainage work), 28 Km (3 Lane) road.

MODOM (Saudi Industrial Property Authority) Sudair & MOWE (Jizan)
Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP-10000 CMD) an EPC Project & 16000 CMD along with left Station and Pipe line.
Main Parts of Project: Admin Building, Aeration Tank, Digesters, Primary & Secondary Clarifiers, Blower Rooms, GLS tanks, Pump rooms, Lift station, Electrical Substation, Equipment installation, pipe lines, evaporation ponds, Storm water network, specialized finishing etc.
o Plan, direct, co-ordinate, and control the work
o • Execute Project in accordance with corporate practices and Project procedures
o • Developing and implementing a project execution plan that meets with Company and Contract requirements
o • Provide leadership and commitment to the Project HSSE and Quality plan
o • Keeping to the control budget within the objectives established for the Project

4- Preparing technical proposals including BOQ, Schedule, budget, design and drawing and submitting to GIZ for the approval.
5-Conducting CBO training regarding capacity building including technical aspects, material purchasing, implementation, operation and maintenance.
6-Preparing and training the CBOs on procurement plan and cash flow chart.
7- Making sure that grant is smoothly implemented as per drawing and specification and GIZ Policies.,
