O Responsible for New Implementations of Networking products from multiple vendors including Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortigate for layer 2, layer 3 Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers along with Security products, this includes planning & configuration the whole network till handed over to the customer.
O Provide technical assistance to the Sales team. Collect business requirements & converting the same into Technical Network requirements & specifications.
O Responsible for Supporting Existing Clients/Customers for their live networks and troubleshoot the issues they face and provide solutions.
O Responsible for preparing the handover documents and Network Diagrams for the new projects.
O Responsible for the Wireless Site Surveys for new customers for new wireless implementations.
