• Joined to ZAHRA CHEMICALS for solvent based printing ink in October 2010 till March 2011 as a Chemist and product specialist responsible on:
1-Formulate a new products to meet with customer needs.
2-Searching new products to meets the customer needs in the field of flexible printing.
3-Putting and follow up plans for the new products.
4-Issuing the MSDS and TDS for the new products.
5-Auditing on the procedure which control all the stages of the new product.
6- Follow up the customer complaints.
Joined to MOODY INTERNATIONAL as operations coordinator in Jan
2009, Work as a Coordinator in Certification Department which responsible
On:
1-Plan the Audits QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001), OHSAS (18001).
Which conducted by our company,
2-Receiving and reviewing the documents of the audits and send it to head offices in China and England and follow up the procedures of the certification process.
3-Issues certificates.
4- Building a strong relationship between the company and our clients and make surveys to meets the customer needs.
5- Participate in some inspection.
Work in Wafa Chemical latitude in sales department.
The company is an independent leading manufacturer of products covering the printing and packaging industry.
Work in sales of flexographic inks, chemicals of printing, special adhesive materials.
My position involved find a new markets for our products, writing the reports, describe the problems meet the clients and write reports for technical support department to avoid problems in future.
