Successful Commissioning of Bakery Plant with various Automatic lines standardizes recipes of all products of Roll and Bun Line and Bread Line, Capacity of Roll and Bun line 20, 000 Pieces/ hr., Bread line 8000 pieces/ hr.
Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
Implement of ISO 22000 for all production and maintenance operations.
Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
Construction of production KPI’s Depends on 5 basics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Moral
Provide adequate support to carry out the internal audit in the plant.
Managing and leading production process for 3 Packaging areas for more than 130 SKU’s.
Emphasize safety programs and initiatives and assure the highest standard of safety throughout the plant.
Confirm and approve all purchase requisitions initiated by production engineers before submission to CEO for action.
Achievement
Al Hatab bakery Jeddah factory is a $10 million facility which I involved in all aspect of starting up the plant. setting the layout of factory and process flow for every department. Participated in purchasing automatic and semi-automatic lines and tools. Hired all staff for the factory consist of chef`s - supervisor - operators - technicians. Installation and commissioning of new production lines until getting the first production 7/2021.
Transfer manual process to automatic and semi-automatic process to increase production capacity by 40% which enabled top management to increase number of stores from 6 to 60 in six years.
Minimize manpower costs by 20% through in (decreased from 170 to 140 employees).
• Ensure the delivery of the committed volumes from the area with 100% conformance on all inputs in line with quality system.
• Start Operate-Maintenain project for all operators of BOSCH ball forming machines.
• Collaborate with other team leaders like safety, quality and supply chain to deliver the overall line KPIs.
• Handle the embedded operational system like 5S, planned maintenance (PM) ..etc in my area in order to minimize break downs of plant and machinery downtimes.
• Ensure budgeted efficiencies and cost reduction targets in terms of consumables, standard process cycle times, cost of labor and wastages.
• Coach and lead all Manufacturing employees to area performance in mixing, forming and coating area.
• Act as operational representative for project and activities in my area in order to ensure that effective communication.
• Responsible for continuous improvement projects related to operations.
• Represent all monthly KPI`s in monthly steering meeting.
• Ensure that the plant area adheres to GMP, Safety and Hygiene standards including safety drills and appropriate treatment, management and disposal of effluent
• Train and develop Production Executives and Operators for improved performance and for succession by activating an agreed upon work force career plan in collaboration with Unit HR.
• Responsible handling production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to production head.
• Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw material and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
• Distribution of workers and use them effectively, monitoring and organizing workers and supervisors working hours effectively to obtain higher productivity.
• Monitoring the release of raw material from warehouse
• Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
• Ensure waste rates not exceed the agreed upon figures in the BOM
• Monitor & control raw materials usage rates to be consistent with the BOM.
• Responsible for achieving 100% of the pre-determined. Production plan allocated for each shift.
Achieve and Follow up the sheet metal production plan.
Follow up the productivity and efficiency and improve plans.
Make an actual connection between production and planning department.
Analysis the different between the plans and the achieved and take the corrective action for it.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions
and established procedures; requesting special service. Maintain the defected products.
Continuous improvement of production processes using lean manufacturing methodology .
Analyses the Absentees reasons and take the corrective actions.
Maintain the equipments, tools and dies.

A graduate degree that provides students with practical and theoretical training to aid them in better understanding the general functions of business management. While it’s possible to be promoted into management without an advanced degree, earning an MBA positions graduates to be top leaders for their teams and organizations.
