Act as a senior architect leader in the consultant's core team at the Ministry of Justice, where he was responsible for managing the architectural department for the construction of 22 court buildings distributed in 11 regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Manage projects as a representative of the owner.
- Improve and develop the administration of projects administration at the ministry.
- Review and submit all technical office work (shop drawing, material, progress reports, scheduling task, technical details and variation requests).
- Prepare reports for top management persons.
- Hold on meetings and coordination between all parts of the projects.
- Coordinating between the different parties of the projects (owner, contractor and consultant.
- Monitor & control projects to ensure that the projects received the support required to achieve its goals.
- Hold on meetings for project from the kick off through the handing over.
- Negotiate and approve changes according to the projects scope.
- Follow up & monitor the projects progress against the project time schedule.
- Prepare reports for project progress against time schedule and overall project.
- Experience in preparing the B.O.Q and tender documents for bedding.
Senior Project architect
- Work as a client representative for the Project Supervision Department at the General Directorate of Border Guards.
My role was including the following:
- Review all architectural submissions submitted by contractors (materials - shop drawings - details - etc.).
- Coordination with other engineering disciplines in the project to issue the approvals for contractor's submissions.
- Processing letters and responding to contractors and consultants.
- Preparing monthly reports for senior management for projects that fall within the scope of my work.
- Reviewing contractors' invoices after being audited by the project consultants.
- Preparing for the kick off meeting for the projects awarded to the contractors.
- Conducting field visits to the various sites to ensure the quality of workflow and preparing technical reports on projects and submitting them to the top management of the border guards.
- Participate in handing over the sites to the contractor, determining the boundaries of the land, as well as in the final handing over and the preparation of final reports.
Contribute to developing project supervision management procedures and preparing a website for project management and follow-up.
- Perform all Technical office work (shop drawing, material submittal, Reports, scheduling task, technical details, coordination plans, tendering, contracts, letters, variation requests, material submittal, inspections request, ect.)
- Review project time schedule, Update project time schedule.
- Prepare Project Monthly report.
- Prepare the B.O.Q. for projects.
- Prepare the tender for bedding.
- Proficiency interior & exterior working drawings.
- Good Knowledge of finishes materials for internal & external spaces.
- Functional Exterior & Interior Design experience.
