previously, I started work as a regional services centre coordinator in 2016, my tasks and responsibilities was about controlling repair turnaround time, increasing services centre revenue, in addition to warehouse control and finance issue related with branch, in 2019 I get new job in the same department as an acting team leader in the headquarter of company for one year, then I transferred for anew job with anew tasks as in department of spare part sales as a sales representative, The new job easily allowed me to add experience in the field of spare parts sales as it relates to the maintenance department. The new job’s tasks were summarized in all sales operations procedures, preparing invoices and reports related to sales, in addition to following up on customers, supplies, warehouse inventory, and spare parts orders,
to achieve sales targets by opening a new market and deal with new clients, also following up sales and lost
sales reports daily, weekly and monthly
Receiving customer calls, clarifying inquiries, and resolving complaints then record it on CRM to achieve customer satisfaction
