description:
* Manage a team of Engineers (network, security, Wireless, Data Center) who responsible about designing and
quoting complex turnkey solution including (WAN Design, LAN Design, Cloud solutions, Hardware, HLD, LLD,
costing and budget calculations, managed services, security services, Hosting services, preparing WAN and
LAN physical infrastructure, testing, POC, demos, ICT services) for all Enterprise customers sectors (Banking,
Governmental, Retail, Oil and Gas, Petroleum, IT and Telecom, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Tourism, Financial,
Insurance, Airline, Aviation).
* Responsible to set a standard modeling for all enterprise solutions.
* Manage all Presales activities regarding our cloud solutions (IaaS, dedicated hosting, shared hosting,
colocation) as we have three tier-3 data center.
* ICT product Design and implementation (IPTV, IP Surveillance, DMS, Digital archiving, PPP services,
telepresence, Cloud computing, Managed security, Cloud security, SSL VPN, Hosted Call Center)
* Interface between sales and the rest of company to provide the necessary solution.
* Develop up to date and accurate policy and procedures for the department.

Managing network support team including below responsibilities according to job description:
* Handled customer online support for both dialup and leased line problems.
* Pursued and followed up customer inquiry e-mails providing proper support.
* Daily monitoring and optimization of the network performance.
* Online Leased Lines Customer Support.
* Dealing with LAN & WAN technologies.

Member in network support team including below responsibilities according to job description:
* Daily monitoring and optimization of the network performance to identify problems that might affect the
network quality and take the necessary action to reduce them.
* Help maintain guaranteed response times of 24 hours to all issues through effective scheduling and use of
remote access troubleshooting. Upheld service level agreements.
* Install & maintain Leased Lines.
* Online Leased Lines Customer Support.
* Designing& Installing networks & communication solutions for Leased Line’s customers.
* Dealing with LAN & WAN technologies.
* Monitoring all managed NOL nodes operations, assuring network performance parameters compliance.
* Handling various troubleshooting levels for network problems associated with NOL nodes as well as connected
customers.
* Handling edge/core network equipment including Paradyne hotwire DSLAMS, ATM Cisco MGX and BPX
switches.
