Access Control
- Supervising installation teams.
- Controlling of the installation progress and implementation efficiency within time frames of Access Control System.
- Ensuring fulfilling the contracted conditions and specification in high quality with minimum cost.
- Follow up with customer to avoid delays and pending schedules.
- Responsible for Maintenance tools, stores and Equipment.
- Coordinate between the company upper board and customer management.
- Create, update and report the project-status of achievement on daily basis.
Parking System
- Supervise installation for Parking Management System.
- Applying configuration of the software using SCADA.

Supervise installation, configure the software due to customer requirements and prepare all site documentation.

- Supervision & Quality control for Installation process.

- Technical Supervision on the installation all (Indoor & Outdoor) Devices of Avaya & Ericsson.
o Cairo Int. Airport - Garage Building (Contractor: Raya Networks & Consultant: Raya Integration)
The project aims at :Guiding cars to the vacant places using lighting pilots and traffic signs, automatic counting of the busy/vacant areas, calculation of the parking time and Tariff.
- Leading a team consisting of 20 technicians in the installation of parking sensors devices around 1of 5 floors garage on 3000m2 area.
- Coordination between the subcontractors performing other tasks

- Supervise the installation of Fiber Optics Network for Data transfer & security cameras . Alexandria National Refining & Petrochemicals CO. "ENRPC".
- Supervision of laying and testing Fiber Optic cables for Security Control and Navigation Devices. Cairo & Borg el Arab Airport.
o Design & Supervise installation for internal network in Egyptian Vacation Club group "Club Reef Hotel" - Sharm El-Sheikh
o Creation & updating of technical reports.
o Handling technical & financial quotations & bids.
o Participating in composing and editing company profile.
Installing and Configuration of DSLAM and Metro Ethernet, in the Egyptian centrals, for high speeding internet of Etisalat Misr.
