Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Marketing & Business Development:

•To be the point of contact of clients, projects, consultants, contractors and applicators to answer queries, offering advice and introducing product range.
•Answer customer’s questions about products, prices, availability, product uses.
•Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
•Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
•Emphasize product features based on analyses of customer’s needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
•Identify prospective customers by using business directories, organizations and associated groups and attending trade shows and conferences to evaluate and establish business opportunities.
•Maintain customer records using automated systems.
•Organizing sales visits to continuously build up relationships with Clients.
•Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
•Evolve strategies that enhance the company’s market share, review company’s product performance in the market, and recommend diversification of the product portfolio.
•Coordinating with colleagues and coworkers for quotations, placing orders, deliveries … etc.
•Attending local and international exhibitions.

Marketing & Business Development:

•Analyze market situation on a consistent basis, track events that can affect the company’s business, analyze customer preferences.
•Evolve strategies that enhance the company’s market share, review company’s product performance in the market, and recommend diversification of the product portfolio.
•Identify prospective customers, generate and respond to new enquiries, and increase the customer base of the company.
•Manage key accounts, ensure their queries are handled and requirements are met on priority; develop long term business relations.
•Assess customer requirements and prepare and submit quotation/proposal to them, reply to queries regarding proposals and maintain effective communication with prospects.
•Participate in negotiations during the pre-tender and post-tender meetings, and close deals successfully.
•Maintain post sales communication with customers, resolve complaints and escalations and help retain customers.
•Develop and drive promotional and advertising campaigns in various media, coordinate with advertising agencies and monitor effectiveness of campaigns.
•Coordinate with designers and printers of marketing material; collaborate with event organizers for planning and executing company events.

Operations & Administration:

•Supervise complete operations of the branch/office in absence of the manager, ensure daily tasks are competed in time and targets are achieved.
•Assign responsibilities to the office staff and support them in resolving operational issues; prepare and analyze performance reports and manage office correspondence.
•Designated to travel to different countries across the world to meet business partners for developing and finalizing business plans, receiving training by Business Partners on their Marketing and Technical strategies and conducting inspections for ongoing projects of the company.
•Skilled at liaising with client representatives and project managers to gather requirements and streamline project operations.
•Manage various stakeholders of the business; these include internal teams, customers, vendors and business partners; (local and foreign) respond to their issues in time and provide satisfactory resolution.
•Maintain project oversight on various projects being executed by the company; review site work that include submittals, mobilization at sites, managing resources and ensuring projects’ progress as per schedule.
•In-charge of supervising project teams, conducting site inspections, coordinating with the clients’ technical teams to ensure timely installations and hand-over of complete projects.
•Develop and implement policy and procedures and enforce compliance; handle staff conflicts and ensure that a harmonious and performance centric work environment is maintained.
•Responsible for assisting in financial management, preparing budget and controlling expenses of the office.
•Identify lag in financial performance of the office, review cause and take appropriate measures to rectify the same.
•Maintain an accurate, reliable and user friendly records keeping and documentations system that helps in improving work efficiency at office.
•Designated as HR Coordinator of the company, ensure all HR norms are followed by employees and that the company operates in accordance with employee legislation.
•Assess performance of team members, provide detailed feedback and suggestions to enhance performance and organize trainings for the team as required.
