 Implement of SAP Business One as a new ERP system
 Prepare, Maintain and Record GL entries
 Use Three Way Match Technique that means matching suppliers invoices with issued PO and Warehouse Good Receipts/Technical Report
 Reconcile Suppliers Balances
 Follow up with Treasury Accountant about due payments, TT swift and Form 4 Customs, if any
 Monitoring Billing & expenses
 Maintain Monthly Accrual based on contracts, LOA and POs
 Maintain Monthly Amortization According to Prepaid Expenses' Covered Period
 Costing of imported shipments
 Familiar with Egyptian taxes VAT and WHT
 Prepare Monthly Reports related to Accounts Payable section:
- Accounts Payable
- Accrued Expenses
- Prepaid Expenses
- Suppliers' Advance Payments
- Petty Cash
- Notes Payable
- Assets Under Construction
- Security Deposit Paid for Services' Providers
- Goods in Transit (for Shipments Requested)

 Prepare Monthly closing reports for AR aging, Customer Down Payments, Sales Orders in Hand, Revenue Forecast and Notes Receivable
