* AP Accountant with the below Responsibilities:
 Implement of SAP Business One as a new ERP system
 Prepare, Maintain and Record GL entries
 Use Three Way Match Technique that means matching suppliers invoices with issued PO and Warehouse Good Receipts/Technical Report
 Reconcile Suppliers Balances
 Follow up with Treasury Accountant about due payments, TT swift and Form 4 Customs, if any
 Monitoring Billing & expenses
 Maintain Monthly Accrual based on contracts, LOA and POs
 Maintain Monthly Amortization According to Prepaid Expenses' Covered Period
 Costing of imported shipments
 Familiar with Egyptian taxes VAT and WHT
 Prepare Monthly Reports related to Accounts Payable section:
- Accounts Payable
- Accrued Expenses
- Prepaid Expenses
- Suppliers' Advance Payments
- Petty Cash
- Notes Payable
- Assets Under Construction
- Security Deposit Paid for Services' Providers
- Goods in Transit (for Shipments Requested)
- Goods Receipt not Invoiced (for Already Received Shipments in Warehouses and Not Invoiced)
 Remapping of AP, Liabilities, Accruals and Petty Cash Cycle
 Maintain records by Filling and Archiving of Monthly Vouchers
 Meet the deadlines for Monthly and Yearly closing
 Provide external audit with the necessary documents and data

* Temporary AR Accountant for Three Months with the below Responsibilities:
 Follow up with operation department about delivery notes for delivered items
 Proceed with invoicing process after receiving client's PO/confirmation, Innovo quotation and delivery note signed/stamped by the client
 Follow up with sales department about collections and WHT receipts
 Maintain clients' statements
 Prepare Monthly closing reports for AR aging, Customer Down Payments, Sales Orders in Hand, Revenue Forecast and Notes Receivable

* One of Raya Holding for Financial Investments companies.
* AP Accountant at Raya Lease -management of Galleria 40 Mall and Raya View Buildings- and reporting to the Accounting Section Head with the below responsibilities:
- AP Accountant with experience in Oracle Financials ERP.
- Use Three Way Match Technique as an Accounts Payable Standard Payment Process "Original and Taxable Invoice, Purchase Order & Warehouse Receiving Note/Technical Report"
- Calculate and submit VAT return and deduct WHT from suppliers invoices according to its purpose.
- Responsible for Treasury Tasks Related to AP Side "Cash, Checks & Transfers".
- Payment of Suppliers as Per Credit Period according to Purchase Order, Letter of Agreement or Contract ...etc.
- Prepare WHT Receipt Regarding to Invoices and Checks.
- Prepare VAT, WHT, Payroll Tax and Social Insurance Payments.
- Monthly Amortization of prepaid expenses.
- Maintain Operations Expenses Trend by Maintaining or Reversing Accruals Based On Received Invoices or Operated Services
- Control Employees Petty Cash and reconcile on Monthly Basis.
- Prepare Analysis such as:
Cost, Petty Cash, Supplier Down Payments, Accrued Expenses, Prepaid Expenses and HR analysis.
- Prepare and Calculate Payments of Interim for Constructions by deducting WHT, Project's Social Insurance, Retention and applying Down Payments if any.
- Assist in Monthly and Yearly Closing.
- Control Warehouse by Monthly Physical Count.
- Maintain records by Filling and Archiving of Monthly Vouchers.

 Collecting of 25 youth as Volunteers and leading them, then, introducing the project through voluntary work team within the target area.
 Collecting 350 participants to participate in courses and workshops.
 The link between each of the EJB, youth centers and trainers.
