I am working as a private lecturer for the undergraduate and the postgraduate students in the business administration faculties and academies, mainly responsible for:
Summarizing and facilitating the syllabus for the students to be able to understand the essentials of the course ingredients in details
Preparing the students to be able to meet the expectations of their universities, within the presentation skills, the self-learning skills, and the practical skills
Assisting the students to work in teams and to be able to carry up their tasks and responsibilities in person
I am working as a professional lecturer and trainer for the employees within the non-managerial positions, as well as the supervisors for the development of their:
• Presentation skills
• Leading personalities
• Creativity
In addition, my main role was to:
• Enhance the employees’ job satisfaction and Commitment
• Focusing on positive attitudes and passions about work and working activities
• Create a positive working environment, where the employees will hold high rates of citizenship behavior and eliminate the likeability of arising higher rates of conflicts
Develop the employees and their supervisors’ capabilities to operate within team structure, to collaborate within a collectivistic approach for the attainment of the highest rates of success within their organizations

i prefered to work instead of attending college i took a very long time in the education of in the college as i had already considered myself performing in my jobs more than what i can do with my degree
