• Evaluates all suppliers through following up with site team for any issues regarding suppliers/subcontractors
and confirm with them client satisfaction.
• Working in a teamwork frame basis by being aware of all packages of mechanical team and current progress
and supporting regularly.

• Searching for new suppliers and increasing current data base.
• Participating in kick-off meetings and regular following up meetings.
• Coordinating with PMO, Engineering & Estimation Departments for all new upcoming scope, VO, and

Operations Duties:
• Monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of
authority.
• Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met
for these expenses.
• Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and subcontracts in accordance with Company Procedures
and Procurement department activities.
