• Study the Project Contract and Extract Specifications, Drawings and B.O.Q. and other important
Correspondences.

• Coordination with expediting team to finalize all required payment for suppliers and making sure that all
materials will be delivered as per agreed.
• Evaluates all suppliers through following up with site team for any issues regarding suppliers/subcontractors
and confirm with them client satisfaction.
• Working in a teamwork frame basis by being aware of all packages of mechanical team and current progress
and supporting regularly.
