Overall management and successful delivery of Mega program (Fiber Optic Network of Ministry of Interior around Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - MIFON2, 7 & 8) includes all entire FO network infrastructure (OSP & ISP), Telecom, ICT (NOC, MPLS, Microwave Systems, DWDM, …) and all related electromechanical works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for overall management of all multi-disciplinary projects with MOI includes all disciplines for the entire projects such as (Telecom, Fiber Optic, OSP, ISP, ICT, NOC, MPLS, DWDM & Electro/Mechanical).
• Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program’s projects focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning and interfaces with other related projects.
• Managing the program's budget and monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses.
• Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams.
• Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan of each project and program governance arrangements.
• Ensuring there is the allocation of common resources and skills within the program's individual projects and managing third-party contributions and subcontractors engagements to the projects and managing communications with all stakeholders.
• Managing both dependencies and the interfaces between projects.
• Managing risks to the program's projects successful outcome.
• Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise.
• Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the client, program’s sponsor and chief operations officer.
Major Projects:
· MIFON-2 - Ministry of Interior Fiber Optic Network around Riyadh Area and connecting 74 sites to the MOI network.
· MIFON-7 - Ministry of Interior Fiber Optic Network covered all area from Madinah to Tabouk covering all sites in these areas (connecting 96 sites to the MOI network).
· MIFON-8 - Ministry of Interior Fiber Optic Network in Central, Eastern & Western regions and connecting more than 186 sites to the MOI network.
Highlights:
Overall project management for Mega Projects and entire MEP works (+ 600 Million SAR) starting from Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Execution through Commissioning and Handing Over and Project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Fully responsible for the Electro/Mechanical scope of work.
· Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities.
· Follow up with various departments within the company in all project related matters.
· Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project.
· Ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
· Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project.
· Responsible for managing all Staff/Engineers in the project.
· Overall responsibility for overseeing and effective execution of all project related activities including quality & safety.
· Determine all project requirements (Technical and General).
· Ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method of Statements, Testing Procedures, Schedules, and Programs etc.)
· Schedule and plan all project activities to be in line with Baseline Schedule in coordination with the planning engineer.
· Receive all project related instructions from the Client, Engineer, Main Contractor, etc and transmit, communicate and arrange effective actions in coordination with Site and Construction Managers.
· Attending all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting back to the Division Manager on the proceedings as well as to attend all project related meetings.
· Assignment of all project related activities to all resources.
· Evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same.
· Evaluate the project risks and prepare the action plan to mitigate all risks.
