Responsibilities as an Asst. Head of Admin
• Responsible in Visa processing, Resident Permits and other documents related in travel and permits for the new arrive employees.
• Managing and controlling organization workplace within the premises that deals with all Employee accommodations and Transportation.
• Responsible for Bank, Driving License, Car Registration Letters and other Government of non Government Correspondences which may depend on legal documents.
• Supervise all drivers and employee request,
• Responsible for Registration of Architects, Engineers and Q.S. in Urban Planning Authority.
• assisting in establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
• Assisting in Maintaining administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures..
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsibilities as Public Relation Representative
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, government officials, and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities.
• Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts.
• Manage special events such as participating in conferences, public programs or other activities that the firm supports to gain public attention.
• Represents the company during community projects and at public, social, and business gatherings.
