Develop new business book and generate new business from existing relationships.
Cross-sell banking solutions and provide highest quality of support and service to enhance Customer loyalty.
Marketing for Personal Loan Products.
Achieving the Target on monthly and yearly basis.
Increasing business database through listing new companies to the bank companies approved list.
Conducting regular meetings and phone calls to enhance sales volume and customer database.
Suggest improvements and identify key markets for future sales promotions.

Xceed contact center
Telecom Egypt
Title: Call center agent.

Responsibilities
Receiving customer calls
Handling customer inquiries, complaints and activating all call center services provided by Egypt telecom such as
Caller ID, waiting service, call barring, plus international calls …etc
