Responsible for attract and engage with customers and prospective customers to invest with them by Islamic
finance tools to maximize branch portfolio from deposits and individual loans in line with target(madinaty branch )
¶ making financial analysis to corporate using Financial statement (Balance Sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement). Starting with Industry analysis then financial statement analysis to illusturte the important ratios such as liquidty, profitability, solvency and Capital structure ratios. Then analysing cash flow statement for obtaining to free cashflow and debt Service ratios using historical financial statement. And projected financial statement to find out projected ratios till to projected free cash flow and projected debit Service ratios . Then displaying facility structure and the recomndition to commity
• Authorize cash withdrawals, deposits, cheques, transfers between
accounts and new accounts and other banking tasks.
• Supporting customer service team in dealing with their managerial and
personal skills also identifying wealth customers’ needs and then
promoting current offers to them.
• Referring customers with financial problems to other colleagues for
assistance.
• Performing clerical and administrative duties.
• Following bank procedures when performing transactions. Controlling
and monitoring the levels of cash in the teller drawer and following all
check cashing and cash handling procedures.
• Dealing tactfully and efficiently with demanding customers.
• Adhering to all bank security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Dealing with problems related to my team and customers inside
Madinaty branch with my branch manager.
