Project Brief: Metro project consists of 6 Lines our work was in line 3 for Joint venture of international consultants (Parsons - Egis - Systra) our contract was for interior finishing execution of 10 elevated stations and 2 Depots.
Responsibilities:
- Managing 12 station sites, 10 stuff of engineers, supervisors and 120 labors average.
- Design execution and following impacts of design changes in time and cost.
- Directing and managing the execution in all the contract stations.
- Planning the project and determining its requirements as Materials, Manpower and Machines.
- Arranging and determining the work sequence and activities relationship according to priorities and project timeline.
- Preparing invoices for the execution of the work every month.
- Following the entire project related mailing issues.
- Following the entire technical issues regarding the work execution by e-mails.
- Attending all the technical meeting and coordination meetings with all the project parties to solve the execution technical issues.
- Raising IRs and MIRs for the project in all the stations.
- Attending technical inspections with consultant and solving technical issues.
- Work with material suppliers to fulfill contractor and consultant material submittal requirements for getting the material submittal approval and also mock up approvals on site.
- Dealing with project material suppliers like (USG, Hilti, Knauf and SCG) to get the materials and tools on time to avoid any delays.
- Preparing method of statement (MS) and inspection test plan (ITP) for the different scopes of work included in project contract.
- Preparing shop drawings and detailing for the execution of the work.
- Studying contract BOQ and preparing VOs accordingly, and attending pricing negotiation meetings.
- Fulfilling all safety requirements in the project and attending safety coordination meetings.
Project: Hotal - Abrj Kudai - Makkah

Project Brief Description:
The project consists of a large Podium spread on the entire site, topped by 12 Towers accommodating several elements with a total built-up area of around 1.5 million m2. These include the construction of 12 Towers, A podium housing a bus station, shopping mall, restaurants, food courts, a Conference Center and Car Parks. On top of Roof (Tower 6) a Dome is housing a state of the art Convention Center.
The towers vary from 30 stories to 48 stories, typical floors and 3 Royal/VIP floors comprising in total approximately 10150 luxurious residential bays .Typical floor accommodating typical rooms with lifts and common services.
It also known as The biggest hotel in the world by 2017.
Responsibilities:
-Design for some areas and Design developments.
- Supervision the execution of project elements such as Mock ups and Site visits for solving execution problems.
- Handling project Documents/Drawing coordination (Specifications, Bill of Quantities& other Technical data-MEP & Structural.
- Architecture drawings and detailing analysis.
- Tracking the Consultants comments throughout the life cycle of the projecton Material documents and shop drawings.
- Coordination between subcontractors, material suppliers, site and technical office.
- Ensuring that work meets the project specification.
Form March 2012 to April 2015 at ECO (The Egyptian Consulting Office for architecture, planning and buildings).
