Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Manage project resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
Act as liaison/mediator between and among HMC departments to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.
• Assisting and participating in problem identification, data collection, reporting and development of action plans to improve performance.
• Ensuring that the corporation has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
• Participating in designing patient satisfaction surveys, collection of data, and relay information to departments/hospitals.
