Accepting and rejection of incoming deliveries of various food/ingredients supplied on the basis of Food Safety standards as per ISO regulatory/Internal requirements.
Ensuring safe food production, packaging, and services are strictly implemented and maintained in accordance with specified statutory FSMS (ISO 22000:2018), HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP guidelines.
Ensuring periodic and proper sanitation, cleaning, and disinfection of premises, equipment, and facilities.
Conducting internal periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, and ensuring good production practices.
Reporting findings of non-conformity to the Company on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Identifying compliance gaps and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Coordinating outside laboratories' product testing and certificate of analysis.
Maintaining instructions for good hygiene practices.
Identification of hazards, CCP’s, and implement effective control measures and monitoring procedures.
Training of all food handlers, housekeeping staff, cleaners and updating training records
Ensuring standard procedures which enhance satisfactory water supplies to the organization
Ensuring availability of all facilities meets a high standard of hygiene
Ensuring proper temperature controls for all food items that are stored, prepared, processed, distributed, or displayed.
Ensuring proper cleaning and disinfection of premises, equipment, and facilities
Ensuring Pest Control measures and maintained records
Ensuring procedures and systems in place for periodic health checkups, updating health cards, and sick leave for all food handlers
