-- Audit and develop current maturity level for the fleet management (Level A, B, C or D world Class) and set up action plans to meet the targeted level.

- Ensure that the company fleet strategy is implementing as agreed KPIs.
- Develop policies and procedures to meet standard level.
- Set up KPIs for the maintenance types and monitor the fleet performance.
- Prepare the annual budget for the fleet operation and maintenance.
- Improve the man power performance.
- Using and customize the requirements for the fleet management software and tracking system.
- Forecasting for the spare parts materials needs.
- Develop and update the main fleet process.
- Fleet size more than 1500 units, head tractors and trailers with brands Scania and Styre.
- Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.
- Ensure audits of all keys on quarterly basis are conducted and strict follow to key policies & procedures.
- Ensure strict update of keys, vehicles, vehicle locations, vehicle database & information on continues basis to be ready for review when requested.
- Follow up with procurement department on ongoing purchases.

- Develop vehicles specification according to the operational requirements.
- Analyze the lifecycle cost of the fleet and recommend replacement profile.
- Prepare SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for the suppliers.
- Improve the schedule and unscheduled maintenance performance.
- Setup and update the main fleet process.
- Set up maintenance KPIs and Targets, set up fuel benchmarking.
- Fleet size more than 2000 units, trucks. Vans, passenger cars with brands Mercedes Benz and Mitsubishi.
- Monitor & analyze trends in Cash spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for the future and to identify areas for possible savings.
- Create SLAs with all related to ensure time line to repair cash vehicles with penalties for deviations.

 Plan, organise and implement a planned preventative and predictive maintenance programme for all fleet.  Ensures that the maintenance, breakdown services and or repairs (mechanical) for the fleet are maintained in a cost effective manner, with consideration given to quality and time spent.  Lead workshop technicians to carry out maintenance repairs, fault findings and monitoring.  Coordinate the supply and flow of all consumables, materials, replacement parts and components and accurately record repairs, time, parts and materials.  Submits routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports by ensuring accurate and up to date information is available.  Ensures work conforms with safety rules and regulation  Submits regular activity report, attendance, work schedules.  Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment.  Fleet size more than 500 units with brands Mitsubishi, Hino, Nissan, Volvo, CAT, Hitachi .  Ensure that parts used in armoured vehicles are original parts and to make sure that proper cost analyses and cost savings are encountered and measured through proper maintenance plans for all vehicles.
