Internship on using SAP ERP
In charge of creating the entire accounting system of our new Qatar
office while ensuring its compatibility with the headquarters’; a task
involving the Accounting, Human Resources, and Admin systems.
Working in collaboration with our auditing company to generate the
end-of-year balance statement, primarily using Excel connected
sheets. Successfully we closed financial year ending 30.06.2013.
Working along with auditing team to make end of year balance.
Import Officer in charge of following up on sales leads, booking,
following up on shipments, liaising with clearance department and
transportation agents until delivery of shipment to destination to its actual consignee.
In charge of the procurement of multiple luxury items, such as
watches, pens, wallets, etc.; creating a sales strategy based on buying
price, profit margins, sales commissions, and discounts.
Managing and redistributing the stocks of fast moving and bestselling
items across 26 branches and 2 warehouses
Following up with salesmen to ensure optimal distribution
Managing seasonal demand (Ramadan and Hajj) by ensuring
appropriate stocks availability (ordering, invoicing, and so on) and
coordinating with shipping department.
