• Providing manufacturing consultancy activities; Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and World Class Operation Management (WCOM) systems.
• Providing operational consultancy activities; Developing Performance Control System (PCS), process optimization, process re-engineering and process efficiency improvement in manufacturing, healthcare and wholesale& distribution sectors.
•Responsible for the maintenance of four Compressed natural gas (CNG) stations located in Cairo and Al-Sharkia through:
•Maintains stations equipment to assure optimal CNG production.
•Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions; makes recommendations for repair.
•Collects and analyzes performance data to maintain and to improve stations performance.
•Develop annual maintenance schedule for all stations.
•Prepare preventive maintenance reports.
•Coordinates activities and interfaces with contractors and vendors.
•Responsible for managing the supervisors and technicians in the Maintenance department.
•Ensures all supervisors and technicians are properly trained.
•Manages projects and provides project management support to other managers.
•Develops specifications for replacement equipment, and evaluates vendor proposals
• Responsible for Energy& Water usage KPIs through implementing sustainability projects and procedures;
- Saved 650, 000 m3 of water till the end of Q2-2012;
- Saved 9, 064, 000 kwh of energy and 3, 857 tons of CO2 till the end of Q2-2012.
Associated with the following projects:
1. Lighting control& sky light installation.
2. Steam network upgrade and economizers installation.
3. Air recovery system for PET blowing machines.
4. Solar heaters.
5. Central air conditioning using absorption chillers.
6. Steam pressure regulation station.
7. MonoGen project \[electricity generation from natural gas\].
8. Reclamation or ultra-filtration hydraulic cleaning water.
9. Bottle washers water recovery.
10. Semi-dry lubrication on returnable glass bottle lines.
11. NRB rinsing water recovery.
12. R.O to R.O project.
13. Loss analysis project.
• Working on resource conservation (ReCon program);
• Implement an environmental management system;
• Get and maintain ISO 14001:2004 certificate achieving the first rank over PCE;
• Help and contribute in implementing an EMS& Getting ISO 14001 certificate in other plants inside PCE;
• Work on Green Plant project and LEED certificate.
• Contribute in talent development and conduct trainings to stuff and front liners;
• Contribute in Total Productive Maintenance program (TPM);
• Contributing in food safety programs (ISO 22000, HACCP and AIB audits);
• Contributing in occupational health and safety programs and OHSAS 18001.
• Act as capability Super visor working on all plant KPIs.
