Get pre-requirement from New Clients to provide module presentations and make sure the requisite is met and satisfied by clients.
· Co-ordinating with internal resources on product delivery and manage Clients for execution of product within the scope of delivery.
· Prepare SRS documents based on product and client specific. Also work on Compliance, Product Comparison documents on Modules oriented.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports for the purpose of Internal verification.
· As project evolves, support clients on ad-hoc queries and ensure that client needs are met via call/mail.
Project Name : Building Management System and Environmental Management System for Pfizer .
- Operates EMS and BMS in Pfizer for proper function and monitors against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Security, Fire Suppression, AHU, Exhaust fan, Plumbing, Boilers & Compressor & Water Treatment Plant .
- Performs routine checks and upgrades software as provided by the Manufacturer to ensure optimal functioning of the EMS/BMS system .
- Advise management on various reliability issues, EMS/BMS tools performance gaps, and potential need for new analysis software/technology development.
- Monitors, verifies and Troubleshoots all EMS/BMS system faults and develops repair solutions and adjusts the settings and parameters to meet changing conditions.
- Evaluates all maintenance request forms, sets priorities, and process work assignments and maintains documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to systems and/or equipment.
- Provides reports on all life safety, quality, and maintenance issues also Provides a safe and secure workplace in order to Performs other duties as assigned.
