Assist in managing and controlling Insulation costs within the projects budget & rolling forecasts.
Lead by example with regards to promoting compliance and have regular meetings with the relevant personnel for the locations to promote compliance and initiatives regarding Insulation activities.

JOB TASKS :
Make determinations of work methods to be adapted during the project constructions.
Establishing an organizational structure that separates quality activity from the project management.
Supports the flow of materials, manpower, facilities and budget requested by the project to make sure that the work is progressing successfully and as per the contract.
Overall management of project construction to ensure that the work is progressing according to the quality plan and in a safe manner.
Ensure that the construction is performing in a safe manner and not harmful to the environment and responsible to provide all supports to safe work environment.
Monitor KPI's reflecting Project Milestones reached and Earned Value Interrogation of insulation man-hours spent / cost variance.
Responsible for all matters and aspects related to the execution of the project.
Communicating with the client representatives in all matters of the project.
Manage the task work force to achieve project milestones and objectives in a cost effective timely manner.
