•To have single point responsibility for the execution of engineering projects of multidiscipline nature through the following
stages,
-From handover of the concept through to the development of a fully defined project specification.
-Definition of project strategy and plan and gaining acceptance from management for the execution in accordance with that
strategy.
-To prepare tender documents and evaluate subsequent bids on a commercial and technical basis and prepare
recommendations for contract award.

•Propose/review design solutions, prepare/review data sheets, perform/review bid evaluations and advise on electrical and instrument portion of the work.
•Review and ensure that FAT and SAT are as per SAMREF QAP. Witness and approve FAT and SAT at factory and site respectively.
•Review package/skid vendor drawings for E&I interface. Revise P&IDs as per the new changes to E&I portion.
•Preparation and management of the production of project completion documents e.g. operation & maintenance manuals from vendor, maintenance schedules, As Built drawings, inspection, testing and commissioning certificates for handover to the client.
•Float material requisitions (PR&CR), create WBS, release orders, functional locations and spare parts list in SAP.

Sr. Electrical Engineer at Saudi Aramco Exxon Mobil Refinary

Fully in charge for Electrical & Instrumentation Installations, Testing and commissioning of equipment including from substations, Switchgear panels (MV/LV), Transformers, all motors, Rotary feeders, VFDs and complete plant lighting, Grounding systems, Instrument JBs, cabinets Transmitters, MOVs and other control valves etc. Key activities:-
 Provide technical direction and implement the project construction work processes, procedures, manuals and systems ensuring that the contractors are building to the latest revision of the drawings, specifications, and procedures.
 Ensure compliance with all company statutory procedures and quality and safety standards including any defined recording and reporting procedures.
 Monitor and perform, in progress inspections, testing and surveillance activities to ensure that project quality requirements are being met.
 Coordinate with and support construction vendor representatives during their assignments on the jobsite.
 Monitor generation of field materials requisitions (FMR), receipt of materials, and preparation of material summary reports. And Oversees reporting and inputting of actual quantities installed on a daily basis.
 Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as status reports, punch lists describing work items to be done, sketches of work already completed, material requirement calculations etc.
 Participate in and support the Projects’ Safety Program through, safety walks, attending safety reviews, safety input into procedures, designs and pre commissioning activities. And ensure that all works are performed safely and in accordance with the Projects procedures and specifications.
 Assist in the preparation of any procedures that may be needed to execute the Project. And also assist in the development of and then maintain the Turnover Dossier
 Raises Non Conformance Reports for any defective or non-conforming workmanship or materials. And ensure that Non Conformance Reports and Corrective Actions are prepared, collated and that they are closed out prior to Turnover.
 Attend Project progress meetings and deliver a status of site engineering activities. And assist in the measurement of progress for monitoring payment of progress claims.

QA Engineer - E&I at Saudi Aramco Exxon Mobil Refinary

Worked as QA in the project for SAMREF Project Management Team (PMT) and mainly involved in coordination with EPC for all
the inspections, Testing and commissioning to ensure all installations meet project requirements, Key activities:-
 Reviewing ITPs & Method statements.
 Attending & reviewing inspections with EPC contractor (Worley parsons AL).
 Reviewing MC packs and handing over packages (QC Dossiers).
 Conducting training& assessment for Contractor’s Site QA/QCs.
 Attend pre-commissioning and commissioning tests.
 Coordination with EPC contractor’s engineering department for any issues.
 Attending Turn-over walk downs.
 Preparation of weekly quality reports and attending meeting with EPC contractor.

Electrical QA/QC Inspector at SNC Lavalin-Worley parsons JV

- Shop drawings with aid of the auto CAD operators.
- As built drawings and maintenance and operation manuals for the client.
