Head of the Department of Studies and Achievements of the Gafsa factory of the Tunisian Chemical Group
I am responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible for a team of 5 multidisciplinary engineers and 10 employees who are in charge of all the study and construction work in the M'dhilla plant of the Tunisian Chemical Group
- Reception, analysis and study of the requests of the different structures at the factory
- Supervision and organization of the work of its teams attached to the Department of Studies and Achievements
- Realization of design studies
- Follow-up of the files from the elaboration of specifications until the end of the works
- Development of investment needs
- Member of the commission for the approval of the specifications of the entire Tunisian Chemical Group
- Member of the Board of Directors of the Tunisian Company for the Transport of Mining Products
As a HSE manager in Tunisian Chemical Group of Gafsa I Carry out the day to day operations of HSE department and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety and Environmental management by providing technical support.
My role in the company is mainly :
•Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
•Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
•Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
•Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
•Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
•Participate in detailed incident investigations and
Root Cause Analysis
•Promote incident prevention for the benefit
of employees and visitors.
•Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training
•Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
•Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance
•Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
•Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned
• Attached to the studies and achievements direction of the Regional Direction of Gafsa region of the Tunisian Chemical Group. Head of Studies and its employees. • The first project manager and investment to be undertaken as part of rehabilitation units of the platform: the solutions needed, the initial studies, preparation of specifications and monitoring of implementation.
Responsible for electric maintenance: attached with the division of maintenance and in charge of maintenance of the electric installations of the various services of the factory (rotating machines, electric engines, switchboards of low electrical energy and average tensions, group turbo-alternator, equipment of regulation and automatism).
Member of the cell of implementation of a management system of the quality within the factory

· The supervision of the team of maintenance at the hospital
· The coordination with private companies to make the operations of maintenance which exceed the capacity of the staff of the hospital.
· The coordination with the services purchases and store to buy new biomedical equipments for the hospital.
· The supervision of the trainings which make the students to the hospital.
