 Responsible for implementation and maintaining PQP, QCP, & ITP program and schedules throughout the project related to painting work.
 Receiving inspection of the materials with verification of the MTC, purchase order and dimension and other required certificates.
 Performing periodic inspections of products stored in the warehouse and check whether storage and preservation method applied is as per manufacturer instructions.

 Reporting to the QA/QC Engineer about the job and other inspection related activities.
 Raise RFI to the client.
 Measuring the wet film thickness (WFT) to ensure to have desired DFT.
 Visual inspection and DFT of the dried/cured surfaces and mark the areas to repair which are showing any defects such as sagging, dry spray, fish eyes, holidays/pinholes. etc.
