Worley is the project management office (PMO) for the "Jeddah Storm Water Program (JSWP)" at Jeddah Municipality. Worley is responsible for overseeing the entire JSWP program, from the design phase to the construction phase. This includes working with the contractors, suppliers, and supervising consultant to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Served as the QC Manager for the Haram expansion project. Adapted to diverse project priorities and managed stakeholder relations without compromising operational quality.
- Enforced 100% compliance from 5 QC engineers when inspecting and resolving on-site quality-related issues according to approved documents including, ITP, method statements, specifications, and QC procedures.
- Liaised between the client, QC department (Head Section, staff, etc.), and other relevant departments to finalize pending items from snag lists, obtain final approval, and rectify other pressing quality-related issues.
- Managed subcontractor relations by changing code-C work inspection requests (WIR) to code-A to assist the subcontractor in receiving compensation.
Provided critical contributions to the Al-Haram expansion project by ensuring the quality of concrete materials and subcontractor engineers' compliance with established practices.
- Received rapid progressive experience and a promotion to manage and lead the materials lab.
- Attained the ISO 17025 accreditation for the lab on a stringent $100K budget while exercising full accountability for the Technical Committee lab team’s preparation activities against tight deadlines.
- Developed a samples management system that ensured specimen integrity and the punctual handover of high-quality deliverables.

Major achievements: 1. Designed in group projects of several courses pre-stressed highway girder, crane girders, foundation for offshore wind farms, and mix design for offshore oil platforms. 2. Practiced, in a team assignment, using the project management standards and the PMBOK to prepare project justification and feasibility studies for a biogas plant. 3. Developed, computer simulation model, using Anylogic, to determine the optimum number of asphalt trucks for asphalt paving operations.
