• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts like DEWA, Emirates Global Alluminium, Drydocks World, P&O Maritime, by addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee service activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics planning.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and recommendations to optimize their operations and achieve their goals.
• Oversee maintenance activities at ready mix concrete plants, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, & best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.
• Manage the companys fleet of ready mix trucks & equipment, including maintenance scheduling, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with logistics coordinators to plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and resources to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, such as delivery times, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed.
• Customize SAP applications to meet specific business requirements, including modifications to standard SAP functionality using ABAP programming language.
• Conduct technical analysis of business requirements and functional specifications to determine the most appropriate technical solution and design approach.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst & functional consultant to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization in existing SAP programs and processes.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of developed SAP objects to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test scripts.
Grading system of 10-point GPA with overall CGPA of 8.83 which is equivalent to 82%.
Overall percentage of 83.33% obtained in 12th grade in examination conducted by Department of Pre-University Education
