ACTIVITIES:
- Prepare Project Business plans, Forecasts, clients relations development.
- Manage and update projects opportunities.
-Prepare and study Tender Documents, Technical specifications, Drawings, BOQ.
- Prepare RFQs/BOMs for designated factories, vendors.
-Prepare offers, Tenders, Bids and technical proposals, submittals to LSTK projects, Mainly for MV Switchgear, Substations, LV systems.
-Deal with customer and vendors to clear pre-Bid & Post-Bid Clarifications.
- Managing technical meetings and visits to obtain approvals for proposals.
- Managing the commercial terms of Tenders and Contracts.
- Key accounts responsible, manage frequent visits and develop relations with
- VIP clients/End-users (SEC, SABIC, ARAMCO, SWCC, PORTS).
- Prepare Site visits and scope of work surveys during Tendering stage.
- Coordination with Clients and Sub-Contractors for commercial studies.
- Update customers with proposals and solutions of solutions projects mainly (contracts of Retrofit, upgrading, replacement, T&C business).
- Manage and follow up with Project management for hand-over and follow up project progress.
- Manage and maintain Submittals and drawings with related PM.
o Tasks:
- Receive Tender documents (Drawings+ Specification+ Bill of Quantities) pertaining to Electrical Section of the works.
- Review the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
- Prepare tender queries for missing information/drawing or any contradiction between the documents.
- Send inquiries to the specified/non-specified suppliers for materials & equipment
- Receive quotation from various suppliers
- Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc. Make comparative analysis of all the quantity & use the optimum solution.
- Prepare a costing for the works, highlighting the major equipment/ material
- Keep a close watch on the proceedings through supplier & our client relationship
- Following up the technical submittals and design(base/final)
o Tasks:
- Preparing Commercial & Technical offers.
- Ensures compliance of quotations with the projects specifications.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in my designated region.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Defines and manages the RFQ process and negotiations with the suppliers.
- Integration with relevant departments (Quotation, logistics, Technical support, finance, ) to ensure proper flow of data and its effective utilization
- Representing the products to customers and Develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails.
- Gather market information to be analyzed trying to find new market channels and new customers.
